Spicy Shrimp Cocktail

This Spicy Shrimp Cocktail sauce is a classic that will turn your head sideways with a great spice in both the sauce and on the Shrimp itself!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar (substitutions)

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 tablespoons OLD BAY┬« Seasoning

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, leaving tails on

  • 1 cup McCormick┬« Original Cocktail Sauce for Seafood

Directions

  1. Prep Time: 10 minutes

  2. Cook Time: 5 minutes

  3. Mix vinegar, water and Old Bay Seasoning in medium saucepan.

  4. Bring to boil on medium heat.

  5. Gently stir in shrimp; cover.

  6. Steam 2 to 3 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.

  7. Drain well.

  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

  9. Serve with cocktail sauce.

I had this during this past Superbowl along with friends and everyone just loved it…easy to cook/prep/fast!!! jefff
