Rotisseri Style Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 whole chicken, (3 to 3 1/2 pounds)

  • 2 tablespoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning

Directions

  1. Prep Time: 5 minutes

  2. Cook Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

  3. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  4. Rub oil all over chicken.

  5. Sprinkle Seasoning over chicken.

  6. Place on rack in roasting pan.

  7. Roast 1 to 1 1/2 hours until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of breast reaches 170°F and thigh is 180°F).

  8. ***Cooking Tip or Variations:

  9. Prepare as directed using 1 tablespoon each Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning and McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning, Salt Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning or Lemon Herb Seasoning.

  10. To use bone-in chicken parts, prepare as directed using 3 pounds bone-in chicken parts.

  11. Roast 40 to 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
